How to buy research credits
Sponsors purchase credits only after Regency Research has connected with the inmate on CorrLinks.
Before you pay
- Confirm the person is in federal custody with CorrLinks access.
- Have them add our CorrLinks address (shown on the home page) and wait until we accept.
- They receive a free trial with research credits after we connect.
Buying additional credits
- Open Buy credits on the home page.
- Enter their 8-digit registration number so we can confirm the correct account.
- Choose a credit quantity (minimum and maximum amounts are listed on the home page).
- Complete a one-time PayPal checkout — not a recurring subscription.
Credits do not expire. We deduct them only when we successfully complete a research reply.
FAQ
What if checkout cannot find their registration number?
Usually the CorrLinks connection is not complete yet. Wait until we have accepted their request, then try again. Email admin@theregencycorp.com if it still fails.
Can I get a refund unused credits?
Purchases are one-time through PayPal. Contact admin@theregencycorp.com with your receipt if you need help with a purchase issue.
