What we do
- Accept research requests from federal inmates who have CorrLinks access.
- Investigate questions carefully and reply with findings through CorrLinks.
- Keep context from earlier messages so help stays continuous.
- Respond in Spanish when the inmate writes in Spanish.
What we do not do
- Not legal advice. We are not a law firm. The person in custody must verify everything before relying on it.
- Not a texting service. We do not facilitate communication between the prisoner and people on the outside.
- Not for non-federal custody. If they cannot use CorrLinks, we cannot provide research replies through this service.
