Who is eligible?
Federal inmates with CorrLinks access. If they are not in federal custody or cannot use CorrLinks, we cannot provide research replies through this service.
How much do credits cost?
See the current per-credit price and purchase minimums on the home page. Purchases are one-time via PayPal; credits do not expire.
How many credits does a reply use?
Most research replies use one to three credits depending on depth and whether live lookups are needed.
Is this legal advice?
No. Research assistance only. The inmate must verify all information before relying on it.
Do you pass messages to family?
No. This is not a texting service and we do not facilitate communication between the prisoner and people on the outside.
